Worth Matravers Community Land Trust Project in Dorset was completed in 2012. The five innovative sustainable affordable houses are the first to have been built in the area for 20 years. The dwellings were constructed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 by Synergy Housing Group.
The designs are contemporary but in keeping within the rural setting. The mono-pitched green roofs help the structures to blend into the landscape.
