Our clients wish was to return this stunning Tudor gothic style farmhouse to its original status, rationalising the floor plans and creating a modern family home.

Grade II Listed

This property is a stone built dwelling sited within a mature garden at approximately 1.5 acres. Interestingly it was built as compensation for land lost in St Germans village when the railway was constructed.
