Our clients wished to convert and extend a delightful redundant barn on their property into living accomodation for family and holiday visitors.

Secluded Location

This idyllic barn is situated in a secluded valley adjoining the river Bedalder which feeds into the river Fowey at Hollow Marsh Wood.

Locally Sourced Materials

Although redundant, the barn was in excellent condition having already been re roofed. With the right materials the design has kept the propertys strong agricultural heritage.

Cozy Spaces

The new extension is a contemporary design. Clearly delineating the old from the new whilst the conversion is of great benefit to the existing barn interms of its current aesthetics and its long term preservation.
