Project
The scope of this project was to replace the deteriorating 1930’s block built bungalow with a low energy dwelling designed using a prefabricated modular system which has exemplary ecological credentials.
BLENDS INTO THE LANDSCAPE
The new dwelling has been sympathetically designed to nestle into the hillside. The new roof line is lower than the original building, acknowledging and preserving the important views enjoyed by the neighbours properties behind.
DESIGN FEATURES:
- South facing vertical glazing
- Uninterupted views over Mylor Creek
- Contemporary glass surround balcony
REVERSE LIVING
To take full advantage of the views of Mylor Creek the open plan living space is located on the upper floor. The slow meandering of the sail boats is a charming experience for those lucky to live in such an idyllic area.

- Modern open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
- Garden with a view
