This rural low energy house is based upon the Denby Dale Passive house construction method. Its bespoke design nestles comfortably in the surrounding fields and is tipped to win many sustainability and architecture awards.
LOW ENERGY HOME
Designed to provide a warm and comfortable home for our client’s family that uses little energy this house maintains a very good temperature and healthy living environment all year round.

Panoramic Countryside Views
With unblemished surroundings this rural low energy house is designed and built to take full advantage of the stunning panoramic countryside views and distant coastal views from the roof top terrace.

SUSTAINABLE FEATURES
Sustainability was a key factor in the construction of this design, some key differences like specialist structurally insulated cavity closers and specialist basalt wall ties were used to eliminate cold bridging. Differences like these helped to make such a low energy design become a reality.
