“This was our first new build experience and ARCO2 were brilliant. We enjoyed the process and are so delighted with the end result.“

Project

No.5 Gwithian Towans started as a 1950s blockwork bungalow, wasteful of energy and in need of protection from the wind driven rain. ARCO2 created a replacement still-modest home that fits the environmentally sensitive area but maintains fine details and comfortable occupant privacy.

AREA OF OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY

The house sits adjacent to an area of outstanding natural beauty, which created a challenge as all new buildings on The Towans are scrutinised against a detailed and stringent Design Guide. ARCO2 took this in their stride and created a nature-friendly home just as beautiful.
