Super insulated timber frame sustainable build that is split over two levels, providing the illusion of a single storey from the gate entrance. ARCO2 worked hard with changing owners to provide a space adapted for sustainability as well as homeliness.

The veluxes and large windows provide natural light with a focus on the kitchen as the centre point for activity. SUSTAINABLE FEATURES
The house has been designed to minimise its impact upon the landscape and environment. ARCO2 have utilised recycled insulation, breathable construction and natural materials. Passive solar heating, solar thermal and photovoltaic collectors to generate electricity. Underground bedrooms with thermal mass and green roofs.
