This low energy, sustainable Passivhaus inspired dwelling replaces an existing holiday let constructed circa 1970, baring evidence of multiple refurbishments and extensions to extend the original properties capabilities. ARCO2 have created a unique dwelling, associated annexe and landscaping to draw from the sites advantageous position, monopolising on the extraordinary views and creating a timeless Architecture.

OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE

Keynvor is an example of sustainable architecture that captures the essence of the site capitalising on the spectacular views and natural light whilst providing a series of interconnected private spaces that allow for introspection. The interior design is so in tune with the architecture and was created by Nicola O'Mara, an award winning interior designer based in Cornwall.

SUSTAINABLE FEATURES

Construction is based around a fabric first Passivhaus approach with u-values achieving Passivhaus where possible. Coupled with a good airtightness value, passive design and sustainable technologies the building achieves an exemplary SAP/EPC as a result.
