“ARCO2 have provided an excellent service from start to finish incorporating innovative designs with ECO friendly building techniques.“
Liz Dutton

Project

Dutton is a complete refurbishment project of a coastal residence, including a 100% extension. ARCO2 have launched this dwelling into the modern world whilst being sympathetic to the surroundings.

Modern architecture

The complete redesign allowed for twists and turns of the building’s structure. Using asymmetric angles and a blend of glass, stone and timber, ARCO2 were able to bring this 1970s building into modern life.

Design Features:

  • High angled ceilings
  • Irregular building shape
  • Modern mix of materials

Improved Natural Light
