Casalinho comprises of 2 contemporary dwellings set in a perfect position overlooking the beautiful Fowey Estuary. With high vaulted ceilings and large south facing windows, these properties allow an abundance of natural light gives the benefit of Passive solar gains .
CONTEMPORARY FAMILY DESIGN
These houses are cleverly lowered into the site with the consideration to reduce impact on views for neighbouring properties. The stunningly designed glass windows provide constant light into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas located on the 2nd floor taking advantage of the beautiful view. Private balconies allow the peaceful outside world to come flowing in, perfect for hosting gatherings of family and friends.
