Replacement Dwelling Mullion

This replacement dwelling on the cliffs of Mullion overlooks Polurian Cove certainly makes the most of the wonderful views and this special location. Access for demolition and building has been challenging but builder DJ Kevern have taken it in their stride and are currently ahead of programme. The house will feature a wildflower green roof as well as a slate roof, natural stone walls and oak cladding. The house has been designed to be very low energy-based around Passive House Principles.
