WEST PARK
“We were very pleased with the process and the outcome. What could have been a frightening and stressful process became an exciting and enjoyable adventure. What would we change? Nothing at all. Happy and proud to show our home to any prospective client.” – Mr & Mrs Aughey & Vallis
Project
West Park in Saltash, Cornwall is an award winning refurbishment project that transformed the original property into a flexible contemporary home designed around modern open plan living. The architectural approach focused on creating adaptable spaces suited to both couples and larger family life, while improving the relationship between the home, light and surrounding environment.
Through careful remodelling and refurbishment, the project introduced a more connected and practical layout, creating a bright, spacious home designed for everyday living and long term flexibility. The result is a contemporary residence that balances modern architecture with comfort, usability and energy conscious design.
As experienced Architects Cornwall, we specialise in contemporary refurbishments and remodelling projects across Cornwall, creating homes that combine thoughtful design, sustainability and modern family living.
