This unique new build project in Polzeath is now watertight and 1st fix complete. We are all looking forward to seeing the wildflower roof and Shou Sugi ban charred timber cladding go on over the up coming weeks. ADD Sustainable Construction are doing a fantastic job and despite COVID and the supply chain difficulties that they have faced which has significantly impacted the programme, the team are striving forward to completion.
