The former Chapel and Sunday School was converted in the 1970s and was beginning to look very dated. A fresh approach was required. The existing building was refurbished and much of the Sunday School re-built with the loft space converted to provide a master bedroom and en-suite. A tired conservatory to the rear was replaced with a predominantly glass extension featuring a Sedum roof and incorporating the new kitchen, breakfast area and a garden room in which to take advantage of the views towards Lanhydrock House.
