Low Energy Solar House Complete

This exciting low energy passive house inspired self-build is now complete. The house features the highest EPC Rating we know of at 103 and has been performing as expected. The uses minimal heating over the winter months, heating not yet on in November. The house has no 1st-floor heating and relies on the passive solar buffer sunspace, Air Source Heat Pump with underfloor heating and Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery System. Looking forward to seeing the house in context when the landscaping is complete
