LABC Building Excellence Awards 2024
Arco2 Wins at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2024
Arco2 is proud to be named Grand Final Winner for Best Individual New Home at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2024 for Keynvor, Mawgan Porth.
The LABC Building Excellence Awards celebrate the very best in building quality, technical performance, and collaboration across the UK. Winning at Grand Final level places Keynvor among the highest-achieving residential projects nationally.
Award-Winning Residential Design
Keynvor demonstrates Arco2’s commitment to high-quality residential architecture. From early design through to delivery, the project focused on clarity, performance, and attention to detail. As a result, the completed home achieves both architectural excellence and exceptional build quality.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Carefully considered individual home design
• Strong collaboration with contractor and building control
• High standards of construction and detailing
• Long-term durability and performance
Importantly, the LABC award recognises not only design intent, but how successfully that intent is realised on site.
National Recognition for a Cornwall Project
Winning a Grand Final award for a home in Mawgan Porth is particularly significant. It highlights the quality of residential architecture being delivered in Cornwall and demonstrates that locally rooted projects can achieve national recognition.
This success reflects the shared commitment of the client, contractor, and wider project team, whose collaboration was central to the outcome.
Continuing to Raise Standards
Looking ahead, Arco2 remains focused on delivering individual homes that combine strong architectural design with robust construction standards. In doing so, we continue to create homes that are distinctive, well-built, and future-ready.
We thank LABC and the awards judges for this recognition and are proud to see Keynvor celebrated at national level.
