Final Details Taking Shape on This Beautiful Coastal Home

Bathed in the morning sunshine, this coastal home is continuing to progress beautifully as the project moves steadily towards completion.

Externally, preparations are underway for the installation of the brise soleil, which will provide effective solar shading to the ground floor glazing while enhancing the architectural character of the property. Designed to improve comfort and environmental performance, features such as these demonstrate the value of thoughtful, responsive design within contemporary homes.

Work to the surrounding landscape is also advancing, with the garden being prepared for lawn installation and fence posts now in place. The patio area is beginning to take shape and will create a welcoming outdoor space with seamless flow from the lounge and dining areas, encouraging a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Inside, the bathrooms and kitchens are nearing completion, with second-fix joinery works due to commence shortly. As the finishing details come together, the quality and craftsmanship throughout the project are becoming increasingly evident.

It is always rewarding to see a project reach this stage, where the vision for the home is fully emerging both internally and externally.
