Feock Replacement Dwelling

This replacement dwelling is nearing the final stages of the build with 2nd fix started. Externally the finishes are nearing completion with the wildflower roof due to be installed in 3 weeks time. The landscaping works have also started and the final shaping of the lake is underway. We are looking forward to seeing the lake filled once the ground loops for the heat pump have been installed at the bottom of the lake. We are currently constructing the cantilevered “floating” decking.
