Experience Keynvor: A Multi-Award-Winning Coastal Retreat
Keynvor is a striking example of how contemporary architecture and sustainability can work hand in hand. Designed with a fabric-first approach and inspired by Passivhaus principles, this coastal retreat achieves exceptional levels of energy efficiency while sitting harmoniously within its dramatic surroundings.

Powered by renewable technologies including a photovoltaic array with battery storage and an air source heat pump, Keynvor delivers year-round comfort with minimal environmental impact. Superior insulation, airtight detailing, and optimised thermal performance further reinforce its low-energy credentials.
Internally, the reverse-level design maximises panoramic sea views, creating a seamless connection to the coastal landscape. Externally, a robust palette of slate cladding, zinc, and timber provides durability while complementing the rugged character of its setting.
Keynvor’s outdoor spaces are designed with equal care. Traditional lawns have been replaced with biodiverse planting, and green roofs support wildlife habitats while also helping to manage water run-off. Together, these strategies create an environment that feels rooted in place while embracing a lighter ecological footprint.
