Shores House, Rock, Cornwall
A six bedroom replacement dwelling in exclusive coastal location. The house is at first glance a traditional vernacular design inspired by the client, but its principles are sustainable; the construction is of timber frame with breathable walls and is super insulated with sheep wool insulation throughout. The detailing is of traditional quality which is rarely seen in new buildings with hand crafted plasterwork, bespoke panelling, woodwork and engravings.
